The valuation/survey will be instructed on your new propetry. We will consult with you and the lender with regard to any additional documents they need

By now you should have instructed your Solicitor/Licenced Conveyancer
Step 6 -
The lender will make final assessments and issue a mortgage offer to you and your Solicitor
Step 7 -
Consult with your advisor to make sure all necessary insurances have been been discussed
Step 8 -
Exchange contracts, you are now legally commited to purchase
Step 9 -
Completion is when the funds are requested and when received by the owners Solicitor they keys are yours!
